Lana Reece wins the largest grand prize yet of $47,648 in December’s 50/50 Hospital Lottery
The winning number, F-2218679, was drawn on Thursday, December 31st at 11AM.
This was the first time Lana purchased 50/50 Hospital Lottery tickets.
Her daughter has been purchasing tickets over the past few months so Lana thought, “why not? It would be a great gift for myself.”
Lana had purchased three tickets for this month’s draw as stocking stuffers for her two children, Christopher and Catherine, and for herself. The winning number was on her daughter’s ticket, but Lana and her children have decided to split the money between the three of them, Christopher and Catherine have some renovations that need to be done so their winnings will help with those projects. When asked what Lana will do with her portion, she said she plans to donate it back to the Hospital! Thank you Lana!
