Thank you for supporting exceptional care at Guelph General Hospital! To make sure your gift is receipted for the 2025 calendar year, it needs to be received or postmarked by December 31, 2025.
For gifts of securities, while we will continue to process donations of securities up until December 31st, to best ensure your gift qualifies for a 2025 tax receipt, complete your securities donation by December 22nd.

Year-End Giving FAQ
To ensure your gift is receipted for the 2025 calendar year, please follow these details:
Credit Card Donations
- Online:
Make your gift on our website by 11:59 PM on December 31. - By Phone or In Person:
Contact us or visit our office by 1:00 PM on December 31. After hours, donations can be dropped off at the Guelph General Hospital switchboard. - By Mail:
Mail your gift early so it arrives by December 31. Cheques postmarked by December 31 will be receipted for 2025.
E-Transfers & Wire Transfers
- E-Transfers:
Send your gift through online banking by 11:59 PM on December 31. - Wire Transfers:
Begin the process with your bank well before December 31 to allow time for any additional steps.
Cheques & Cash
- In Person:
Bring your gift to our office by 1:00 PM on December 31. After hours, drop off at the hospital switchboard. - By Mail:
Mail early so your envelope is postmarked by December 31.
