Steven Huether

Steven Huether serves as the Manager of Community Giving & Digital Strategy at The Foundation of Guelph General Hospital. With a background in technology and formal education in marketing and social work, he brings a unique blend of strategic thinking and community-centered values to his role. His deep commitment to the community led him to transition from the private sector to the nonprofit world, aligning his career with a passion for helping others.

Since joining the Foundation in September 2023, Steven has led initiatives that strengthen donor relationships, enhance the donor experience, and drive impactful fundraising campaigns. He is inspired by the Foundation’s mission to transform healthcare through giving and finds daily motivation in the generosity of the community.

Outside of work, Steven values time with family and actively volunteers in local initiatives that foster connection and community. He believes in the power of storytelling, technology, and human kindness to build bridges between people and causes.
