Destiny Hoang

Destiny joins the Foundation of Guelph General Hospital as a Donor Experience & CRM Officer. She brings a background in accounting to her work, combining analytical expertise with a passion for community impact.

 

In her role, Destiny manages the CRM system for the Foundation, overseeing the integrity and organization of donor data while optimizing workflows that support fundraising initiatives. By focusing on data-driven strategies and continuous process improvement, Destiny strengthens the Foundation’s ability to build lasting connections with supporters, enhance outreach efforts, and increase overall fundraising effectiveness.

Born and raised in Guelph, Destiny feels a personal connection to the place she calls home. “Our community has important healthcare needs, and I’m truly honoured to be part of a team that works tirelessly to meet them with care and commitment.”
