Jennifer Hogan is an accomplished Philanthropy leader, dedicated to advancing the mission of The Foundation through strategic fundraising and meaningful donor engagement. Jennifer brings over 20 years of relationship management and cultivating partnership experience to her role at The Foundation. In her role as Director of Philanthropy, she leads strategic fundraising initiatives, working with donors and the community, to ensure that critical hospital projects receive funding.
Jennifer’s approach combines strategic vision and a passion for access to healthcare for the entire community. She believes that philanthropy is essential to sustaining exceptional care and is energized by connecting donors with hospital priorities that improve access, advance technology, and strengthen healthcare in Guelph, Wellington County.
Currently, her focus is on securing funding for Guelph General Hospital’s exciting new community medical centre, which will improve access to care, including crucial diagnostic imaging equipment.
