Stephanie Droog

Stephanie is a mission-driven fundraiser who brings bold ideas to life and loves connecting people with causes that truly matter. She believes that “Purpose sparks generosity — and when people unite around it, the impact echoes far beyond any single event.”

As the former lead of a dual provincial portfolio at a national health charity, Stephanie guided a dedicated team in building creative, high-impact, revenue-generating events.

Her career blends nonprofit fundraising, corporate event strategy, digital marketing, and sponsorship development — giving her a versatile toolkit for designing event experiences. With post-graduate certificates in both Event Management and Digital Marketing, Stephanie thrives at the intersection of storytelling, collaboration, and well-managed chaos (the fun kind).

Joining the Foundation of Guelph General Hospital in 2025 as the Manager of Community Engagement, Stephanie leads the Foundation’s signature events, including Black Tie Bingo and Tour de Guelph, and partners with local businesses and community members to bring their own fundraising events to life, championing the true meaning of local supporting local.

Beyond the office, you’ll likely find her deep in a great book, outdoors whenever possible, or happily caffeinated with a strong cup of coffee.
