Dale Janisse

Dale has been working in finance at healthcare foundations since 2012, gaining extensive experience in the charitable sector since graduating from Humber College in Toronto. When she moved to Guelph with her family in 2021, she had her eye on joining The Foundation of Guelph General Hospital, eager to integrate her experience and knowledge to help her community. Dale is driven by collaboration and finds motivation in working with her peers to achieve shared goals.

In her role, Dale will help the team stay aligned with financial objectives by managing regular bookkeeping, overseeing annual audits, ensuring compliance with CRA guidelines, and filing regulatory remittances on behalf of the organization. “I’m dedicated to ensuring our team has the financial foundation needed to turn generosity into impact.”

Outside of work, Dale enjoys spending time in nature, creating art, playing games, and spending time with her son and nieces, planning themed parties.
