Alison Davidson (Carlson)

Alison has lived in Guelph and the surrounding area for more than 40 years and believes now is the time to make a difference in the community. GGH has given so much to her family, friends and neighbours for many generations. As a global events professional, she is an excellent strategic and operational leader. In her previous role as Vice President, Global Events and Customer Marketing at OpenText, she created best-in-class in-person and digital events to grow sponsorships and engage communities across geographies. When not planning events, Alison and her husband Steve can be found out in the community, spending time with their five children and watching a lot of volleyball.
